* Time-based lending infrastructure accessible to all developers 
* Bank auto-debit, off-ramp, and on-ramp plug-in powered via integrations

The network is built on Arbitrum Orbit, with settlement on Base, and AnyTrust as the data availability layer. Clarity is deployed and operated by [Conduit](https://conduit.xyz/).
